The links between a school and the community which it serves are of great importance.  The children of Sandwood Primary School are known in the    local community through their involvement with the other local schools, the nursery, library and community centre etc.  We have well established links with Sainsburys, The Cooperative, Glasgow Housing Association & Morrisons.

Due to our excellent community links and partnership working with parents, we achieved the Glasgow Effective Partnership Award in September 2014.
