We aim to provide a wide range of activities for all age groups throughout the year.

This year after school clubs include football, chess, fun sports, badminton, athletics and singing.  The children will also have the opportunity to take part in local tournaments and cultural events.

Good links with community organisations and our Active Schools Co-ordinator are vital for the success of these programmes

Excursions and Educational Visits are a valuable part of our learning.  Visits regularly take place to support various aspects of school work and enrich our learning experiences.  Visits can range from library visits, studies of local environment and visits to places of significant interest such as museums, castles and exhibitions.

It is part of our school policy for pupils to take learning outdoors.  We make good use of our school grounds and the local area to take learning beyond the classroom.
