Enterprise Education provides opportunities to teach the curricular areas in real, meaningful contexts. 

It has two main features.

1. Involves meeting the needs of real customers

2. Pupils take responsibility for what happens by making their own  decisions.

Enterprise Education also provides opportunities for children to develop the core skills of:

1. Numeracy

2. Communication

3. Problem solving

4. Using ICT

5. Working with others

6. Developing self esteem and confidence

Through Enterprise Education we aim to:

1. Provide children with the knowledge and understanding of the world of work and to instil positive attitudes

2. Enhance personal and social development

3. Forge links with the community

4. Foster and develop skills in citizenship

Our school’s approach to Enterprise Education is that each child will experience at least one enterprise opportunity each session.
